Strathkelvin and Bearsden MSP Fiona McLeod MSP has urged all 16-17 year olds to continue to engage in politics by responding to an online survey produced by the committee tasked with examining the devolution of further powers to the Scottish Parliament.

She said: “The level of political engagement across Scotland has been one of the best aspects of the referendum, and at 91 per cent turnout, East Dunbartonshire was a shining example of that.

“I was particularly struck by the engagement of young people in the many schools, colleges, universities and youth groups that I spoke at over the course of the referendum campaign.

“The Scottish Parliament are asking for their opinions and experience of the referendum.”

Go to by December 31.
