The nights are getting darker - but there’s always a warming, cosy light on plus delicious food and drink to warm you at the Burnbrae in Bearsden.
After months of painstaking preparation, the popular pub and restaurant has a new autumn menu - and to celebrate, for the next six weeks, we will offer readers a chance to sample their delicious fayre for free in our great competition.
The Burnbrae’s new menu is packed with a range of hearty, warming dishes that they have lovingly created for you.
It includes tasty treats such as their Tex-Mex tapas sharer - ideal to feast upon with friends. Or how about their black Angus rib-eye sourced from Campbell’s Prime Meat.
There are also kobez flat breads, grilled butterfly prawns, red snapper fillets, pork rib-eye with grilled butterfly prawns, spicy beef salad, quinoa, bulgar wheat and pistachio salad, courgette gratin, peri peri chicken breast, beef ribs, pork belly and a mixed bean cassoulet.
Manager Gerry Savage said: “All our new dishes are sure to warm you from the inside out - perfect for the long, dark nights ahead!”
This great new set menu is served Monday to Friday until 7pm.
The Milngavie Road pub and restaurant’s popular grill night is on Thursday evenings, with all their steaks 100 per cent locally sourced.
Buy any two items in the grill section, and have a bottle of wine on the house.
In addition, they have launched a new breakfast menu, served seven days until noon.
