The event, held by kind permission of Mr J Brewster and Caledonian Properties, included cattle, sheep, light horses, showing and jumping classes, a dog show, trade stands and a large craft tent.

There was also a homecraft section, sewing classes, childrens’ competitions and vintage cars and tractors.

The Main Ring attractions included a pipe band, dog displays, pig racing and a parade of livestock, while the entertainment marquee featured demonstrations, music and dancing.
