The three-day festival will have art, music and dance in Milton of Campsie Village Hall, as well as some real-ale tastings. This event replaces the annual St Andrew’s Festival.

G66+live is again supports a great cultural event hosted by Milton of Campsie Village Hall Trust. Other events include Milton of Campsie Art Club, who is providing a fine display of 70 original paintings. Some superb musicians will be attending from across the country.

Following the free Exhibition Opening Reception at 5.30pm on 21st, there will be a folk concert and ceilidh dance at 7pm. By popular demand the Lydia De Rosa Singers are back for a concert on Sat 22nd. The Sunday afternoon Jazz will include Stevie’s Up-town Band and Chris Clark with guitar, singing jazz classics. There will be fine Fair-Trade refreshments at all times and Real-Ale sampling and rating during event intervals.

With help from East Dunbartonshire Arts Council, the MoC Art Club has again produced an excellent Calendar for 2016 with original paintings. Entry is only £3. For event details see www.mocartclub.org.uk and click on NEWS. To offer help call 01360 311944.
