Partick Thistle have signed a new sponsorship deal which could boost manager Alan Archibald's transfer kitty.
The Jags have teamed up with Utilita Energy who have signed up to become the club's official energy partner.
Utilita will work closely with the club to engage with its large support across Maryhill and beyond, offering a host of incentives.
For every Jags fan who switches to Utilita Energy the club will also receive £25 which will be ringfenced for Thistle boss Archibald’s transfer kitty.
Every fan can also look forward to receiving a free industry-leading smart meter AND limited edition exclusive Jags-branded cover* for their In-Home Display.
Last season Utilita Energy was presenting partner for the Scottish League Cup and is delighted to continue its growing relationships in Scottish football.
Jem Maidment, Head of Communications at Utilita Energy, said: “We are thrilled to further strengthen our presence in Scottish football by signing this deal with our good friends at Partick Thistle.
“They are a terrific club with real ambition. Partick are also a real community club and we look forward to engaging with their fans and giving them a great deal on their energy – while also supporting Alan Archibald’s squad.”
Thistle managing director Ian Maxwell added: “It is fantastic to be able to welcome Utilita Energy as a partner of the club. It’s great to bring new businesses to the club and the fact that this deal can help to save supporters on their energy bills as well as supporting the club financially is fantastic.
"We look forward to working closely with Utilita and to building a partnership that will hopefully last for many seasons to come.”
