PART-TIME model Siobhan Scott is hoping to be the next Face of Europe.
The Milngavie beauty (24) will be heading to Disneyland Paris later this year in what is billed as the continent’s biggest beauty pageant.
She will be up against 150 other girls, each representing a European city.
Siobhan will be flying the flag for Glasgow after being voted ‘face of the city’ a month ago.
The office administrator will go head-to-head in the five day competition which starts on November 18.
She said: “It’s great being a finalist in what is Europe’s biggest beauty pageant.
“I’m really looking forward to it but have to get funding for it.
“Things have been moving along since my fundraising activities earlier this year.
“I won a beauty competition that makes me the face of Smiley White, a teeth whitening company and I was a judge in my first Scottish pageant, called Miss Scot Curves 2012, aimed at girls size 14 upwards which took place on Monday night at Jumping Jacks. This event has raised cash for Breast Cancer Care.”
In February, Siobhan - who was also a finalist in the Miss Scotland Caledonia prize recently - helped raise £1,000 for kids suffering from leukaemia at Yorkhill Children’s Hospital after first training with the Glasgow Warriors Rugby squad, then trekking up the Glen Coe Munro Buachaille Etive Mor.
