Kirkintilloch's Lairdsland Primary School lands major national award
The third annual prize ceremony, an independent programme which celebrates excellence in commercial property, revealed 18 winners across 16 categories recently.
And Lairdsland was one of the night’s big winners, landing the ‘Development of the Year, Public Buildings’ gong.

“Judging was a terrific opportunity to assess the many great developments going on in our sector across the country and encouraging seeing some really good examples of regeneration, innovative design and excellent sales and marketing.
“The aim of the Scottish Property Awards is to stage a credible and independent competition which promotes the best in commercial property. It is hard work but also immensely rewarding for everyone involved. I hope all the winners make the most of their win and shout it from the roof tops.”
The Scottish Property Awards was founded in 2012 to run a credible and independent competition which celebrates commercial and public property.
Each year an industry judging panel is appointed, which this year reviewed 40 new developments in Scotland currently undergoing construction as part of a national competition.
