Kirkintilloch side’s Scottish Cup joy
Harestanes Amateurs secured a place in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup on Saturday with a hard fought victory in far-flung Kintyre.
The Kirkintillocvh side beat Campbeltown Pupils 1-0.
A second half goal from McCormick secured the win for Hares on the astro-turf pitch.
Hares won the trophy in back-to-back seasons in 2002 and 2003.
