‘Inspiring People’ lecture

Tori James will deliver a talk entitled ‘Beeline Britain: The Record Breaking Straight Line Journey’ in the Boyd Orr Building, University of Glasgow on January 21, at 7.30pm.

Tori is the first Welsh woman to summit Mount Everest, and has cycled the length of New Zealand. In 2014 she joined the Beeline Britain team to complete the first ever straight-line journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

Admission £8 for adults, free for students, U18s and Royal Scottish Geographical Society members.
