Getting to grips with finance
Pupils from Bishopbriggs Academy and St Ninian's High School in Kirkintilloch are among the first in the country to complete a new apprenticeship for young people still at school.
Greg Douglas Anderson, Christopher Milne and Monisha Sandhu from Bishopbriggs Academy, and Zubair Sarwar from St Ninian’s High School are among 17 students to have completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in Financial Services at City of Glasgow College.
The new work-based learning course enables pupils to spend time at the college and with local employers to gain a recognised qualifications and building up their experience.
