The council said ATR Skip Hire is providing a “Temporary Recycling Facility” and vehicles travelling to Mavis Valley via Balmore Road will use this facility.

Vehicles travelling from Bishopbriggs via Kirkintilloch Road/Balmuildy Road will use the usual Mavis Valley centre.

The council said this is to ensure recycling is safely off-loaded from each direction.
