GRANTS for small-scale, community led eco projects are now available from the Central Scotland Green Network (CSGN) Community Projects Fund.
Community groups can apply for funding of up to £1,000 for schemes that deliver environmental improvements.
Councillor Billy Hendry, convener for development and infrastructure at East Dunbartonshire Council, said: “I would urge all community groups carrying out greenspace and woodland projects to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity. It’s an excellent way to gain some additional funding for these very worthwhile projects that help enhance the environment for all of us.”
