People are being urged to get on their bikes to help St Margaret of Scotland Hospice.
Fundraisers will be taking part in their third annual sponsored cycle of the Isle of Cumbrae on Saturday, June 8 - and they want you to join them.
All you need to do is to sign up a minimum of £50 sponsorship/donation per person attending the event.
A coach will be leaving from the Clydebank hospice to Millport at 9.30am, returning to the hospice between approximately 5pm and 5.30pm.
Bike and helmet hire is also included for everyone reaching the minimum sponsorship level.
Certificates will be awarded to all who complete the gentle, 10 mile circular route of the island.
The cycle will start promptly at noon at Mapes of Millport Cycle Hire shop.
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who must take full responsibility for the safety of all children in their care.
Sister Rita, Chief Executive of the hospice, said: “The hospice depends very much on the generosity of friends within the community who support our events and fundraising campaigns.
“The annual running costs are in excess of £4million and we must raise half of this – almost £40,000 per week ourselves.
“Events such as the Millport cycle are great days out for those who take part whilst they are also supporting the Hospice to deliver the highest standard of care.”
