Congratulations to the five Junior High School pupils from J6 who won the Scottish Cross Country Primary Schools Championship Trophy in Kirkcaldy last weekend.
The Junior High cross country team were competing against 60 primary schools from all over Scotland in two cross country races. The five girls in the High School of Glasgow Junior School’s cross country team beat off competition from over schools from all over Scotland to come first in the Scottish Primary Schools Cross Country Championships in Kirkcaldy last weekend.
Anya MacLean put in an exceptional performance, and received an additional silver medal, finishing second in the overall championships. Her individual contribution helped secure the High School win the Trophy.
