Coalburn raid NOT linked to gangland killing
Armed response officers entered a cottage, situated on School Road, late on Friday evening before returning later on Saturday afternoon.
Officers said that the operation was pre-planned and did result in some inconvenience to local people.

Hide AdA Force spokesman added that the operation was necessary for the public's safety and precautions were taken to ensure minimal disruption.
No-one was arrested during, or since, the raid.
And the Gazette has been told that — despite national newspaper reports to the contrary — the operation had nothing to do with a gangland killing, which took place in a Glasgow supermarket car park earlier this year.
