Charity bash at Milngavie Folk Club

Music lovers will enjoy a special night of entertainment which will raise money for a great cause in Milngavie Folk Club on Saturday, June 18.

JMS Concerts presents husband and wife duo folk singers Cilla Fisher, Artie Trezise (who will be well known from The Singing Kettle), Scottish banjo-playing folk/jazz musician Alistair McDonald probably most famous for his recordings of Jim MacLean’s folk songs, such as The Barras and The massacre of Glencoe, but also for some humorous songs, such as the jazz comedy song Sam the skull, about a Glasgow cat, blues and soul artist John McNamara, Tim Black, Mike Simons and many more at The Fraser Centre in Milngavie precinct in aid of Beatson Cancer Charity.
