A grand day out for Bishopbriggs group
Retailer Waitrose is supporting charity Contact the Elderly by hosting free tea parties at its Milngavie store.
A group from Bishopbriggs recently enjoyed tea, sandwiches, cake and, most importantly, a warm and welcoming atmosphere at a Sunday afternoon tea party. A further five groups from Bearsden and Milngavie and Glasgow will be treated by staff in the coming months.
