Stylists at Raffine Carluke go for titles
A PAIR of Carluke hairdressers hope to prove they’re a cut above the rest by excelling at national awards ceremonies.
Chris Casey and Billy Hillan, who work at Raffine Hair and Beauty in Kirkton Street, have gelled brilliantly and are confident of clasping some title glory.
Chris (24) said: “I think we have a good chance of winning at these competitions.”
