Vauxhall Corsa-e buyers offered free home charger and 30,000 miles of charging

Vauxhall is looking to entice buyers to its Corsa-e electric car with the offer of a free home wall charger and 30,000 miles’ worth of free electricity this winter.

The limited-time offer will also give drivers six months’ free access to one of the UK’s largest public charging networks.

The Corsa-e is an all-electric version of Vauxhall’s Ford Fiesta-rivalling supermini. With a 50kWh battery the Corsa-e offers up to 209 miles on a single charge and supports up to 100kW rapid charging technology – allowing for an 80 per cent charge in as little as 30 minutes.

The special deal is available on Corsa-e personal contract hire purchases from Vauxhall dealers from now until January 11 2021.

Qualifying customers will be able to claim a free home charging unit and offered access to an exclusive British Gas dual fuel tariff. Once a customer has signed up to this tariff, Vauxhall will credit their account to cover the cost of charging for the equivalent of 30,000 miles over a three-year period.

Drivers will also have free access to 7,000 Polar charging points around the UK for the first six months of ownership.
