West of Scotland in high-scoring draw with Falkirk

West of Scotland have certainly found the way to turn attacking rugby into points on the board after notching up 80 points in their first two Premier 2 league games of the season.

Unfortunately their defence does not match this attacking flair as they have leaked almost as many points to the opposition.

They sit 3rd in the league with eight points from the two games, but there is a long season ahead and the coaches will be working on defensive patterns to try to ensure that position is at least maintained, if not improved.

The final score away to Falkirk on Saturday was 43-43 - see this week’s Herald for full match report.
