TWO teams from Clydesdale Harriers took part in the LSK Supplies Open Masters Road Relays at Strathclyde Park.
The A team had Paul Carroll running the first leg in 20mins 51secs, changing to Michael Diver (20.41), then to Mark Barrow (24.37) and finally Hugh Laverty (23.14) took over.
The B team was for over 50s and had Pete Cartwright running the first leg in 24mins 24secs.
He changed to Peter Rudzinski (26.51) and on to Gerry Kane (27.11), who finally changing to Bobby Young (26.33).
Previously the club held its own Hannah Cup at Dalmuir Golf Course.
This was a handicapped race with a staggered start.
Actual running times were Peter Bowman over approximately 5 miles with a time of 33miles 44secs, followed by Paul Carroll (34.39), Michael Diver (36.44), Iain Robertson (38.58), Martin King (39.48), Hugh Laverty (40.21), Anne Murray (41.10), Marina McCallum (42.03), Ryan Nelson (42.38), Fiona McCue (42.55), Watson Jones (46.02), Yvonne Green (46.52).
Peter Bowman was male handicap winner and Yvonne Green was female handicap winner.
Tomorrow (Saturday) the club is holding its combined club championships with some of the other nearby clubs.
