The Milngavie & Bearsden Herald is this week offering the chance to win gold dust tickets for Paul Gascoigne – an Evening With The Legend.

Motherwell Civic Theatre is the venue for an exciting event on Saturday, October 24, and, in conjunction with our sister papers, we’re giving away two VIP tickets worth £125 each for a champagne reception, a meet and greet with Gazza, individual photo, buffet, exclusive VIP bar and audience seat at the front of the venue.

In addition, we’re also giving away two wonderful runners-up prizes of £39.50 standard tickets giving you the chance to book your seat in the audience at this must see event of the year.

Event organiser Frank Gilluley said: “This event is for one night only and is an exclusive chance to meet Gazza on the 20th anniversary of him starting out in Scottish football with Rangers in 1995.

“Gazza was one of the greatest players of his generation and remains extremely popular with Rangers supporters.

“His endearing personality – and the fact that he is a right good laugh – mean that he can appeal to the general public as a whole.”

Frank said that Gazza “rarely does” such a night, which will include the legendary Geordie midfield ace taking part in a sit down interview with his manager Terry Baker, before crowd members get the chance to quiz him in a question and answer session.

Highlights of Gazza’s playing career will play on a big screen in the background and there will also be a memorabilia sale and auction.

For your chance to win a ticket, just answer the simple question below and send your entry to: Gazza Competition, Milngavie & Bearsden Herald, 11 Dalrymple Court, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow G66 3AA. Entries should reach us no later than midday on Wednesday, October 14.

Question: In what year did Paul Gascoigne sign for Rangers?
