Bad day on the rugby pitches for both West and Strathendrick

THERE was no joy on the ruby pitches on Saturday with both West and Strathendrick losing their matches.

West took a beating when they went down at home to GHA 34-0 in the RBS Championship A league.

Meanwhile Strathendrick, who travelled south, lost 36-6 to an on-form Carrick in their RBS West League Division 2 game.
