The main Bearsden independence debate will take place on Thursday, June 19.
It will feature two leading members of the respective campaigns who have promised to hold a rational, reasoned debate on the issues members of the community bring up.
John Mason is the SNP Member of the Scottish Parliament for Glasgow Shettleston. Before that he was the SNP member of the UK parliament for Glasgow East from 2008 to 2010 and a councillor on Glasgow City Council between 1998-2008.
Murdo Fraser is the former deputy leader of the Scottish Conservative Party in the Scottish Parliament.
He has been a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Mid Scotland and Fife region since 2001.
It takes place at 7.30pm on Thursday, June 17 in Bearden Baptist Church, Roman Road.
