Eight pupils and two teachers from Balfron High attended a Comenius international meeting in Germany for five days recently.
The Comenius programme aims to develop young people’s understanding of the diversity of European cultures and languages.
The pupils travelled to Diez to meet fellow students from across Europe to discuss and research sustainable trade in Europe - this year’s school Comenius topic.
The pupils gave a presentation on the consumer habits of their peers at Balfron High.
They also showed a video they created on child labour and talked to the other nations present about the local trade day they organised for their school and the Balfron community.
