Police try to trace relatives of dead man

A Rothesay man has been charged with possession of controlled drugs worth an estimated �14,000.
A Rothesay man has been charged with possession of controlled drugs worth an estimated �14,000.

Police Scotland is appealing for information in an effort to trace the relatives of a 68 year-old man who died at home.

John Bennett of Linkwood Crescent, Glasgow was found dead on September 17.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

To date police have been unable trace any relatives.

Anyone with any information about the next of kin of Mr Bennett is asked to contact London Road Police Office via 101.
