A MUM has spoken of her emotion at seeing her twin boys start school - something she thought she’d never see happen.
Medics gave Ross and Euan Grimshaw little chance of surviving when they were born premature and with a serious medical condition five years ago.
However, they won a brave battle for life - and last week the now fit and healthy twins started at Bearsden Primary.
Mum Fran said: “They’re our little miracles and I never thought five years ago that this day would come.
“Looking back now, I can’t believe what we went through, it was horrendous.
“When I saw them running in the playground on their first day I had to fight back tears of joy.”
