Musical duo set to entertain at Kilmardinny House in Bearsden

Talented violinist Laura Ayoub will perform alongside her sister, Sarah, a pianist, at Kilmardinny Music Circle’s concert on Friday, June 7, as part of its Young Artist Spotlight Series.

Laura, now in her final year at the Music School of Douglas Academy, won a string of glittering prizes including ‘most outstanding performer of the year’ at Glasgow Music Festival in March this year.

With the prospect of a great career ahead, KMC is delighted to finish its 2012/13 season with this recital from Laura.

Her sister Sarah is also well-known and studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

The programme will include Piazzolla, Le Grand Tango, Bruch Violin Concerto no 1, and Zigeunerweisen by Pablo de Sarasate

There will also be an AGM at 7pm with the concert starting at 8pm.
