Enjoy a trip down memory lane at this talk about Glasgow’s tramcars which were a familiar sight in the city from the 1870s until 1962.

Much loved by the Glaswegians, they provided a comfortable form of transport for passengers and spawned the much-loved clippies who were never stuck for an answer.

This interesting event is on Wednesday, May 14 from 1pm to 2pm and will cover standard trams, Coronation ‘caurs’ and the Cunarders.

Followed by tea, coffee and scones. Cost £4.
