Take the first steps to a healthier life

Here’s your chance to get fit and have a great time by going along to Scottish country dancing classes in Milngavie Town Hall, held every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 9.15pm.

They have been organised by the Royal Society of Country Dance Society to help people adopt a healthier lifestyle, get fitter, reduce stress levels and boost their social life.

A spokesperson said:“What better way to get fit?

“You don’t need a partner and there is no need to wear any special clothes.

“Best of all you don’t need to travel far - so there’s no excuse for being a couch potato in the new year!”
