A team of stylists from a Bearsden hair salon were on hand to make sure the stars looked their best at the recent T in the Park music festival.
Hairdressers from Rainbow Room International worked their magic on some of the leading names in the music industry including Paolo Nutini, Pharrell, Paul Weller, Biffy Clyro, Haim and Twin Atlantic at Scotland’s biggest music festival - T in the Park.
They were based in the VIP area of the artist’s village for the ninth consecutive year - where they worked tirelessly to provide the stars with their hair expertise over the three days of festival fun.
While some opted for pre-performance preening and pampering others went for the chop and many of the stars were also only too happy to sign a guitar to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Coco McMahon, franchisee of Rainbow Room International, Bearsden, said: “All the bands loved having a hairdresser on site, and many commented on how great it was to be able to take some time out and just chill before performing.
“We were thrilled to be able to style the hair of some of the big names in the music industry.
“It was also fantastic that so many of them were happy to sign the guitar to raise money for a great cause.
“The guitar hasn’t been auctioned yet but I’m sure it will fetch a good price.”
This was the final year for T in the Park at Balado, after 17 years at the site, due to health and safety concerns about an oil pipeline at Balado airfield.
The festival is moving to Strathallan Castle in Perthshire next year.
