New wedding car is to be seen for first time at Milngavie Wedding Fayre on Saturday, February 16

A UNIQUE new bridal car is going to be unveiled at Milngavie Wedding Fayre in Milngavie Town Hall on Saturday, February 16.

The Imperial Laundaulette, McCarthy Executive Travel’s latest addition to its wedding car fleet, sets a benchmark in the industry. There are currently only six in Scotland, one of which is theirs, and it is a one-off in its chosen colours of brilliant silver and gloss black and custom made for the wedding industry.

McCarthy Executive Travel is a small family business which was set up five years ago. They already supply a stunning range of of wedding cars including Beauford Open Tourer, Chrysler 300C and a selection of Mercedes Benz.

Neil McCarthy, a business partner in McCarthy Executive Travel, said: “This is a huge investment in times of austerity however we are determined to continue to grow and keep offering the finest quality of cars to prospective brides and grooms.

“We are delighted to have a totally unique bridal car to offer to brides in west and central Scotland, including East Dunbartonshire.

“It offers vintage looks with modern reliability and comfort and fits with our aim of offering excellent value for the highest standard.”

The McCarthy family also runs Wedding Services Scotland who are hosting Milngavie Wedding Fayre for the second time. The event will showcase some fantastic local suppliers and the show last March was the first of its kind in the area.
