A NEW housing development was unveiled in Bearsden by developers Miller Homes recently.

The completion of two showhomes at St Andrew’s Brae was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony accompanied by piper Iain Hettie, a 5th year pupil at Bearsden Academy and local councillors.

Also on display were designs by Academy pupils for a mural at the entrance to the development.

The development is pat of a joint venture with Muse Developments, with a range of bespoke four and five bedroom detached homes available.

The development comprising a total of 63 new homes next to Bearsden Academy and also features 12 two bedroom apartments.

Neil Gaffney, sales director for Miller Homes West Scotland, said: “We are delighted to unveil our showhomes on this prime site at St Andrew’s Brae, giving potential buyers the opportunity to see for themselves the new style of homes available for sale here.

“With a choice of 11 different house types, there’s a range of internal layouts, while the external elevations provide each home with individual character.”
