Meet the cops

FIND out more about policing issues in Milngavie and Bearsden by going along to some new meetings.

Held quarterly, they started in September to provide an opportunity for local people to learn more about the local policing plan and highlight any new or emerging issues.

Siobhan McCandlish from Milngavie police office, said: “Engaging with the community is an integral part of the force’s service delivery and is vital to how community policing teams identify and respond to local policing priorities.”

Forthcoming meetings are going to be held on January 4 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at The Fraser Centre, Milngavie and Bearsden Burgh Hall and Westerton Hall on January 25 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
