THE abolition of slavery in the USA in 1865 and the subsequent struggle for equality is the topic of a talk by Rev David Keddie at Bearsden Literary Society’s next meeting on Monday, January 21 at 7.45pm in St Andrew’s Church,

All are welcome, the cost for non members £3.50 and £1 for students.
