A pink themed fitness/social night is going to be held at the Allander Leisure Centre in Bearsden on Friday night (July 26) from 7pm to 10pm.
The event has been organised by staff to raise money for Breast Cancer Research UK.
They will be wearing pink on the night and visitors will be invited to have a go on the cardio machines in the gym.
One of the studios will be transformed into a bistro with staff serving tea and coffee. There will also be a raffle with some great prizes up for grabs.
Elma McInnon, team leader at The Allander Lesiure Centre, said: “We just wanted to do something to allow people to celebrate their own health and fitness and spare a thought for others who are less fortunate at the same time.
“Many people have been touched by cancer in some way during their life and we thought it would be nice to raise cash for this excellent cause.”
To book a ticket call the leisure centre on 0141 777 3075.
