THE Scouts fundraising disco is tomorrow (Saturday) from 8.30pm to midnight in the Scout Hall. Everyone welcome, BYOB. Tickets cost £6 from the library, Browns or the chemist. Tea/coffee, sandwiches and mince pies provided.

FUN Hut - a Christmas Fair is going to be held tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am to 12pm, there will be festive stalls, Christmas craft activities, homebaking and the wee ones can have a wee chat with Santa.

COMMUNITY Council Meeting - is on Monday, December 5 in Strathblane Primary School at 7.30pm the meeting is open to the public as usual.

THE Carbon Neutral Group says farewell on Wednesday from 7pm to 9.30pm in the Village Club. After four and a half years of activities and projects the Carbon Neutral group is going to have a farewell party, chaired by Alf Young. All are welcome to go and see what the group has achieved over these years and to help them celebrate with sherry and mince pies.
