Saturday - sports fixtures: hockey - 1st XI (BP Cup), 3rd XI, 2nd year C, 1st year A & C (H); 3rd year A & C, 2nd year A (A) v Kelvinside Academy, 2nd XI, 4th XI, 3rd year B, 2nd year B (A) v Wellington, 1st Year B, Transitus A and B (H) v Wellington.
Rugby - 1st XV, U16 XV, 2nd year A & B, Transitus A& B (A); 3rd year A & B, 1st year A & B, J6 A & B (H) v Glasgow Academy 2nd XV (A) v Hutchesons’ Grammar School.
Sunday - S6 have a prefect team building day, at Loch Lomond Shores.
Monday - Bannerman House hold their Transitus/S1 games afternoon at 4pm.
Tuesday - assembly will be taken by Rev Alan Hamilton, Killermont Parish Church in the morning and there is an S3 geography river fieldwork trip throughout the day .
Wednesday - 3rd, 4th & 5th XI hockey teams play Hutchesons’ Grammar School (A) in the afternoon,
Thursday - the U13 boys tennis team compete in the Scottish Finals, at David Lloyd, and S1 pupils have a positive relationships conference in the morning.
THE High School of Glasgow Junior School class diary:
Monday - J2M will visit the science and technology forum at Strathclyde University.
Thursday - assembly will be led by Adrienne Cartwright in the morning and J2R will visit the science and technology forum.
In the afternoon J6 will have an illustrated talk about WWII from Bruce Jamieson.
Pupils will have individual and family photographs taken. Zoolab visit Junior 2 in the morning and Junior 3 in the afternoon.

Class diary: Wednesday - the annual information evening for parents of new pupils and senior prep pupils will take place in the school.
Thursday - the parent information evening on internet safety will also be held in the school.
Sports fixtures -
Saturday - rugby: 1st XV, S3/4, SPA A and B are at home to Hutchesons’ Grammar School and S1 A & B together with J6 A & B are away to Hutchesons’ Grammar School.
Hockey: 1st XI, 2nd XI, S3 A and B, S2 A and B, S1 A and B along with SP A and B are all playing against High School of Glasgow.
CALLING all parents, former pupils and friends of Douglas Academy, Milngavie - it’s time to dust off your dancing shoes for a ceilidh at the school tonight (Friday).
The school’s PTA has organised the event which is from 7.30pm until 11pm and this time it is for over 18s only - please take your own refreshments.
Tickets are now on sale at Milngavie Bookshop in the Coffee Shop-Cafe Review.
The entertainment will be supplied by ‘It’s No Reel’ ceilidh band which is made up of present and past pupils - they were a huge success at a recent ceilidh for the school’s French Exchange Week.
