All the ladies were going crazy for a pamper night at Craigdhu Primary School in Milngavie last Friday.

Beautiful clothes for the fashion show were supplied by Wendy Ross from Driftwood in Milngavie.

They were modelled by mums Jill Prout and Elizabeth Park, teachers Miss Robertson and Miss McGregor and former Craigdhu Primary pupils Bethany McDade and Olivia McNulty.

Their hair was styled by Gillian McNulty from G Salon in Bearsden - the organisers would like to thank her for her help. Over 100 women enjoyed browsing the stalls for gifts and accessories on the night - they were also able to enjoy some beauty treatments including massage, spray tans and eyebrow shaping.

Second year Douglas Academy pupils Becky Deane and Abby McKinlay sold hundreds of cupcakes they’d made for an enterprise challenge in the school.

They were given £10 to buy ingredients to make something to sell at the fayre with the aim of making a profit and they donated half the money they made to the school - £45.

The event raised approximately £600 for the school which will be used to buy equipment.
