THE Milngavie & Bearsden Herald has teamed up with Scotland's leading theme park, M&D's, to offer five lucky readers the chance to win a family pass worth £48 each.
Each family pass entitles a family of four (or any four people) to an unlimited ride wristband ticket.

Winners will be able to enjoy a vast range of outside rides and attractions, including the adrenaline pumping Tsunami, Express, White Water, Flying Carpet, Runaway Mine train rollercoaster and the Tornado.

The Tornado is M&D's biggest rollercoaster and has been extensively refurbished to ensure visitors can experience the thrilling ride which speeds round the 1000 metre track at 80kph. Younger kids also have plenty of choice and can enjoy the Big Apple ride, the Big Wheel, Flying Jumbos and the Wave Swinger.

For those visitors looking for a more exhilarating thrill, the new Captain's Curse swing-boat will provide the ultimate adrenaline rush as it swings 60ft up in the air, providing a nail-biting adventure of a ride. The ride is fully themed with full size pirate figures singing and entertaining visitors before they embark on a swashbuckling adventure.

With over 40 major rides and attractions, M&D's has grown into one of the busiest day attractions in Scotland. The theme park is home to a wide range of rides, side stalls, amusements, games, sports and even its own Amazonian rainforest.

M&D's enjoys an enviable location at Strathclyde Country Park, one of Scotland's leading centres for recreation. 1100 acres of mature woodlands, rough wetlands, wildlife refuges and neat open parkland all surround Strathclyde Loch, the focal point for many of the park activities.
