Get fit indoors this winter

THE winter months are here with the nights getting darker and the weather colder, and many people are looking for indoor activities in the area.

This is a great time to boost your energy by joining a gym, you could drop a dress size for the Christmas party, and make sure you can really indulge and enjoy Christmas to the full. At the same time you could have great fun by taking up a new class or sport and meeting new people.

Staff at David Lloyd's Next Generation in Anniesland know that getting off the sofa and going to the gym is a bit of a battle at this time of year, so throughout November they are offering a 12 day trial for just £30 which will be offset against your sign up fee if you take a membership at the end of the trial.

Marc Crothall, general manager, said: "Keeping fit and active can be more of a challenge in the winter because outdoor exercise loses its appeal. However, keeping fit can still be maintained by turning to indoor activities like tennis, swimming or the gym."

To book your 12 day trial call the sales teams on 0141 586 9090.
