Diabetes and exercise talk at Gartnavel
‘THE challenge of exercise - take control’ is the topic of a talk by senior physiotherapist Karen Ross at the next meeting of Gartnavel Diabetic Patients Group on Tuesday, March 12.
Karen will be discussing how to exercise in ways to suit each individual at the meeting which will be held in the diabetic unit at Gartnavel General Hospital at 7.30pm.
All diabetics and their supporters are welcome whether they are patients at Gartnavel or not.
