ANOTHER three points are in the bag for Thistle after the Firhill side beat visitors Livingston 2-1 on Tuesday night.
The result comes courtesy of striker Damon Gray who continued with his goal-scoring streak by netting the winning goal in the second half.

But it was Livingston who dominated at the start and in the 11th minute Leigh Griffiths met a cross from the left but his attempt at goal was saved by Jonny Tuffey.

A few seconds later, Griffiths belted at the goal again from the corner of the box but Tuffey latched on to his attempt.

Despite Livi's good start it was the Jags who took the lead with a goal in the 14th minute by Stephen McKeown.

Scoring his second goal as a Thistle player, McKeown took possession from a Mark Roberts pass and smashed it straight at Colin Stewart whose block created a rebound back to the midfielder, giving him a second chance to net the ball into the back of the goal.

Gray almost scored in the 30th minute with a close-range effort from a Roberts cross.

Livi, however, did not give up their dominating play and it finally paid off in the 37th minute when a low shot by Griffiths went straight past Tuffey for their equaliser.

In the second half, Livi's Lee Makel sent a free kick into the path of Dave Mackay but his attempt was deflected wide in the 58th minute.

On-loan Hibs youngster Gray, however, secured victory in the 63rd minute when a pass from Roberts to Twaddle landed at the striker who completed a superb finish into the far corner of the net.
